By using the Services you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country of residence. If you are not of the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs or unfair modifications.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, or discrimination.
• No advertising other servers, scams, or malicious links.
• No inappropriate usernames, skins, capes or chat content (including NSFW).
• No impersonation of staff, developers or other players.
• Follow staff instructions. Their decisions are final.

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft and Discord accounts and for all activity that occurs under them. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts.

• Purchases on store.red-network.net are for cosmetic and in-game perks only. They do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are granted only where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban and revocation of all purchased perks across all accounts.
• Perks may be modified, replaced or removed as the server evolves.

Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans without notice. Ban appeals may be submitted through our Discord.

“Red Network”, our logos, custom plugins, maps, textures and content are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang / Microsoft — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

You retain ownership of the content you create (builds, chat messages, screenshots) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display that content as part of the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of progress, items or currency.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
